Chef Amane Mori has created an incredible four-course menu, showcasing some of his favourite Italian fares. Our chef, Amane has recently received the award of ‘Chef of the Year 2019’ from the recent Savour Australia Event Western Australia.
Throughout the evening, winemaker, Gianfranco will guide you through the five wines selected to complement the cuisine, Italian grape varietals that are being produced in Australia Sangiovese and Decantato.
