Kitchen Team | Chef de Partie / Commis chef / kitchen hand
Our bistro is situated in the heart of Subiaco, and we are currently looking to expand our kitchen team for the upcoming warmer months

We’re looking to add 1 or 2 individuals to our cozy kitchen team. The roles include running various sections and working in a dynamic, well integrated team of chefs.

The roles on offer are:
Chef de Partie | part-time or full time | minimum of 5 years experience
Commis chef | part-time | minimum of 3 years experience
Kitchen Hand | part-time | would suit a (culinairy) student

Front Of House | Section Waiter/Waitress / Junior

Our Bistro is looking to strengthen the FOH team for the upcoming warmer months. We’re located in the middle of Subiaco, and our bar and restaurant are open 5 days a week for lunch, dinner and drinks.

*(Experienced) Section Waiter/Waitress*
We currently have a spot available in our team for 15-20 hours a week. This can increase when it will warm up again. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable to hold his/her own section in the restaurant, with at least 1 year experience in an a la carte restaurant and can confidently carry 3 plates. A basics in wine knowledge is preferred and any cocktail & coffee making skills would be considered a bonus
To be considered for this role you must have:
– WA valid RSA certificate
– Covid Hygiene certificate

*Junior Front of House*
We have an opportunity for a junior / school leaver interested in the Hospitality Industry to learn/gain experience in all areas of restaurant front of house service. Experience is not necessary but a “can do” attitude is a must. Applicants should be well groomed, well spoken, friendly, reliable and energetic with a positive work ethic. A love of food, people and an interest in the hospitality industry are essential.
To be considered for this role you must have:
– Weekend availability
– Covid Hygiene certificate
– WA valid RSA certificate (18+ YO)

Both roles are on a casual basis and pay rates will be based on the Restaurant Industry Awards.
